Who may be able to join
- People aged 50 years or older.

- People with severe memory or thinking difficulties, specifically those who score below 22 on a standard cognitive test called the MMSE, or who are unable to complete questionnaires on their own.
- People who are unable to read or understand Chinese.
- People who have used other brain stimulation or nerve-modulating therapies within the past 3 months.
- People who have muscle or bone conditions — such as severe arthritis or a recent fracture — that significantly affect their ability to walk or balance.
- People who have metal implants in their body (such as a deep brain stimulator or a cardiac pacemaker), or who have any other reason they cannot safely undergo MRI or a specific type of brain stimulation used in this trial (confirm with trial site).
- People who are currently taking medications that affect dopamine levels in the brain, such as certain antipsychotic drugs.
- People who have severe heart disease or other unstable health conditions that would make physical activity or study participation unsafe.
