- People with an ongoing infection, inflammatory condition, or autoimmune disease affecting the gut (such as Crohn's disease)
- People who have had an active gut or digestive illness in the 4 weeks before joining the trial
- People currently taking domperidone or any medication that may affect how the gut moves or functions
- People who have used probiotics, steroids, anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen), antibiotics, or antifungal medications in the 4 weeks before joining the trial and up to a certain follow-up point
- People with a personal or family history that raises concern about bowel or gut cancer (confirm with trial site)
