Who may be able to join
- People aged between 18 and 45 years old.
- People with a BMI between 18 and 25, with a stable weight over the previous 6 weeks.

- People who sleep well regularly, with consistent bedtimes and sleep lasting between 6 and 10 hours per night.
- People who are neither extreme early risers nor extreme night owls, based on a standard sleep-type questionnaire.
- People who have not travelled across time zones within the month before entering the study.
- People who have not done shift work within the three months before entering the study.
- People who do not have anaemia, based on blood test results (confirm with trial site for specific thresholds).
- People who have not donated blood in the 8 weeks before entering the study.
