- People who are able to understand and are willing to sign a consent form, and who agree to follow all study requirements.

- People who have had a major heart or stroke event in the past 3 months.
- People with very high blood pressure that is not under control, or diabetes that is not well managed (confirm with trial site).
- People who have been diagnosed with or treated for cancer within the last 3 years.
- People with inflammatory bowel disease or conditions that prevent the body from absorbing nutrients properly, such as Crohn's disease, active ulcerative colitis, or pancreatitis causing fatty stools.
- People with certain mental health conditions, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, schizophrenia, major depression, or bipolar disorder.
- People with conditions that significantly affect their ability to move, such as severe joint disease, Parkinson's disease, paralysis, or serious heart and lung problems.
- People who regularly take antipsychotic medications, steroid medications taken throughout the body, or other medications that the trial doctors consider may affect the study results.
- People who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
- People who have had an organ transplant or are planning one.
- People who are unable to use the AI-based system used in this study or cannot attend follow-up appointments.
