Who may be able to join

  • Adults aged 18 or older.
  • People whose tumor tests positive for a protein called CLDN6.
  • People who have been diagnosed (through tissue or cell testing) with a specific type of advanced, returning, or spread ovarian cancer called high grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC), which may also include cancers starting in the fallopian tubes or the lining of the abdomen.
  • People whose general physical health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain standard, as assessed by their doctor using a recognised medical scale (confirm with trial site).
  • People with a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • People whose organs (such as kidneys, liver, and heart) are functioning well enough to meet the trial's requirements (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join

Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.

  • People who have previously received a treatment that targets the CLDN6 protein using a type of therapy called an immune cell engager.
  • People who have brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) that have not been treated, or that are not considered stable on scans after treatment.
  • People with an active autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body) that is known or suspected.
  • People who have needed ongoing medication such as corticosteroids or other drugs that suppress the immune system within the 14 days before the first dose of the trial treatment.
  • People with serious heart, lung, or digestive system conditions.
  • People with an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C viral infection.
