Who may be able to join
- People who are willing to take part and sign a consent form agreeing to join the study.

Who may not be able to join

- People who have been diagnosed with, or are suspected of having, type 1 diabetes, a rare inherited form of diabetes, or diabetes caused by another medical condition.
- People who experienced a serious diabetes-related emergency (such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state, or lactic acidosis) in the 3 months before screening.
- People with high blood pressure that is not well controlled (top number 160 or higher and/or bottom number 100 or higher).
- People with severe heart failure (classified as NYHA class III or IV, meaning significant limitations on physical activity) (confirm with trial site).
- People with serious liver or kidney problems (based on specific blood and kidney function test results).
- People with a history of cancer, autoimmune disease, serious infections, delayed stomach emptying (gastroparesis), other serious digestive conditions, or blood disorders.
- People with a history of repeated urinary or genital tract infections.
- People with alcohol misuse or alcohol-related liver disease.
- People with a known or suspected allergy to a class of diabetes medications called SGLT-2 inhibitors (such as dapagliflozin) or to medical adhesives.
- People who have taken any blood sugar-lowering medication in the past 3 months.
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
- People who, in the study team's judgment, have any medical, psychological, social, or practical circumstances that could affect their safety or the reliability of the study results.
