Who may be able to join
- People who are female
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are scheduled to have surgery to remove an ovarian mass that is suspected or confirmed to be cancerous
- People whose surgery is planned at least 3 weeks after the time of booking

- People who are currently pregnant
- People whose surgery is scheduled less than 3 weeks after booking
- People who are currently receiving chemotherapy before surgery (called neoadjuvant chemotherapy)
- People who have reasons that would make exercise unsafe, based on the CSEP Get Active Questionnaire
- People who have severe or end-stage kidney disease that would make it unsafe to take protein supplements
- People who have been assessed as malnourished by a registered dietician
