Who may be able to join
- People who are 60 years of age or older at the time of joining the trial
- People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a specialist in movement disorders
- People who are expected to live for at least six months
- People who have been taking an oral antimuscarinic medication (a type of bladder control medication) for overactive bladder symptoms for at least 3 months, without also taking a beta-3 agonist (a different type of bladder medication)

Who may not be able to join

- People who have severely reduced kidney function or kidney failure requiring dialysis or other kidney replacement treatment
- People who have previously had a bad reaction or intolerance to the medications mirabegron or vibegron
- People who have existing memory or thinking difficulties, or a psychiatric condition, that would prevent them from giving informed consent (confirm with trial site)
- People who have any other health condition that the trial investigators consider would make participation unsuitable
- People whose bladder medication is taken in a non-tablet or non-capsule form, specifically the liquid form of oxybutynin chloride or the liquid suspension form of solifenacin succinate
