Who may be able to join

  • People who have severely reduced kidney function or kidney failure requiring dialysis or other kidney replacement treatment
  • People who have previously had a bad reaction or intolerance to the medications mirabegron or vibegron
  • People who have existing memory or thinking difficulties, or a psychiatric condition, that would prevent them from giving informed consent (confirm with trial site)
  • People who have any other health condition that the trial investigators consider would make participation unsuitable
  • People whose bladder medication is taken in a non-tablet or non-capsule form, specifically the liquid form of oxybutynin chloride or the liquid suspension form of solifenacin succinate
