Who may be able to join
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form agreeing to participate

- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord
- People who have significant heart or blood vessel disease (confirm with trial site)
- People who have an active infection that cannot be controlled and requires antibiotic treatment through a drip or a hospital stay
- People who are still experiencing side effects from previous cancer treatment that have not improved to a mild level (grade 1 or lower)
