Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed (through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples) with epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube carcinoma, or primary peritoneal carcinoma at an advanced stage (FIGO 2014 stage III or IV).
- Female patients between 18 and 75 years of age.

Who may not be able to join

- People whose ovarian cancer is of certain specific subtypes, including mucinous carcinoma or clear cell carcinoma, rather than the general epithelial type.
- People who are currently pregnant, or whose most recent pregnancy ended within 2 weeks before the screening visit.
- People with a serious blockage of the urinary tract (hydronephrosis) that cannot be treated with a stent or drainage procedure, or who have cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain.
- People who have had another cancer in the past 3 years, unless it was a type that has been fully treated and considered curable (such as certain skin cancers, a superficial bladder cancer, or early-stage breast cancer in situ).
- People who have previously been treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors or other therapies that work by modifying the immune system to fight cancer.
- People who had major surgery within 4 weeks before starting the study treatment, or who have major surgery planned during the study period.
- People with serious heart or blood vessel disease, or serious conditions affecting the brain or its blood supply.
- People who still have significant side effects (rated Grade 2 or higher on a standard scale) from a previous cancer treatment, not including hair loss.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to the study drugs or any of their ingredients.
- People with any other condition that, in the opinion of the study doctor, could affect their safety or interfere with the study results.
