Who may be able to join

- People who are known to have an allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient in the study treatment.
- People with a history of a condition called ischemic optic neuropathy, which involves reduced blood flow to the optic nerve.
- People who were diagnosed with cancer during the previous study, except for certain types treated with the intent to cure — including certain non-melanoma skin cancers, breast ductal carcinoma in situ, cervical carcinoma in situ, and prostate cancer in situ.
- People newly diagnosed during the previous study with a hormonal condition called multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2, or who have a close family member (parent, sibling, or child) with a history of a specific type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma.
- People who scored 15 or higher on a depression screening questionnaire (PHQ-9) at their Week 72 visit in the previous study.
- People who reported certain levels of suicidal thoughts or any suicidal behaviour on a standardised assessment scale (C-SSRS) at their Week 72 visit in the previous study.
- People who, in the opinion of the trial investigator, are unlikely to be able to complete all required trial procedures and follow all trial requirements.
- People with a history of any other significant health condition, disorder, or disease — including known drug or alcohol misuse or eating disorders — that the investigator believes could put the person at risk.
- People who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or breastfeed during the trial or within 16 weeks after the last dose of the study treatment.
- People who have a major surgical procedure planned during the trial.
- People who work directly at the trial site or who are an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) of someone who does.
