Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (self-reported, with verification from a treating doctor or neurologist requested where possible).

- People aged 18 years or older.
- People who have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
- People with basic ability to use a website to navigate the study (a caregiver may assist if needed).

Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People with severe cognitive difficulties that would prevent them from understanding or following exercise instructions, as determined by a referring doctor or study coordinator during a screening conversation.
- People with significant active mental health conditions — such as untreated major depression, psychosis, or substance abuse — that could interfere with taking part.
- People with certain medical conditions that make moderate exercise unsafe, including unstable heart or cardiovascular conditions (such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, a recent heart attack, or unstable chest pain), serious bone or joint problems (such as a recent fracture or severe arthritis limiting movement), or other health conditions identified by the participant's doctor or the study coordinator during screening.
- People who are pregnant.
- People who are not expected to be able to complete the full 8-week program due to planned surgery, extended travel, or other commitments.
- Note: Having a caregiver who is willing to help with technology, assessments, or exercise does not prevent someone from joining — caregiver involvement will be recorded as part of the study (confirm with trial site).
